but this app we made is too good not to share!
The elevator pitch
If you’ve ever tried to collect sizes for uniforms, or a trip etc you know how much of a pain in the ass it is.
For some reason when it comes to this, people are giving you sizes in every form of communication imaginable
Slack, teams, whatsapp, messenger, email, text, voice note, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, handwritten notes, WHY IS IT NEVER IN ONE PLACE????
Anyways, now you feel like you’ve taken up a 3rd job (because you’re probably already working 2 in this damn economy tbh).
So we build a simple app solution. Set up your campaign, send the link people fill out what they want, you export the CSV and send it to us.
This means no 25 messages in the GC, no back and forth & no pigeons.
Just send the link and everyone can sort it all out.
But, as always we need feedback on this bad boy. So if you can try and show us what’s wrong with it that would be a huge help.
#1 Create personal dashboard
Create a free account and you've got a dashboard where all your orders live. Every campaign in one place. You can go back and check what sizes were popular last time if you ever need to reorder.

Your account means you can keep all your previous campaigns in one spot
#2 Build and share the order form
Add in the products with mockups (if you've already spoken to us we'll have sent you some, just screenshot and upload), set the available sizes, link the supplier product page so people can check the size guide themselves, set a due date, and add personalisation fields if needed (names, numbers, whatever).
When it's built, copy the link and share it however you communicate. Slack, WhatsApp, email, carrier pigeon etc.
You can add multiple products, include a note if there's a limit on what people can order, and set up personalisation for leaver jumpers or anything that needs a name on it.

This is what your team will see, all they have to do is fill it out and you get the info in your portal.
You can link the actual product that you’ll be using, ie AS Colour Relax hood, and people can see the size guide.
#3 Get responses & export CSV
Responses come straight into your campaign page as they're submitted. When the due date hits, export the CSV and send it through to us. We'll handle everything from there.
If someone needs to change their order, they can resubmit and you just delete their old one.

When people fill out their orders, it’ll come in like this & you can export that CSV right then ‘n there.

Cam works crazy hard at FC, so because of that he gets the aux most days.
The other day he came in and goes “man I’ve been into heavy country lately” and proceeds to play the song below.
Been on repeat for obvious reasons for the past few weeks.
