About time we stopped printing Collingwood tees. We did some saints mafia tees with Saints TV POD. We sold about 100 units off 2 IG posts.

Saints Mafia was kind of getting some airtime, it was something that was in the zeitgeist. Being quick on it made a heap of difference. If you wait even a few days, the moment passes and people move on.

The whole thing worked because we could turn it around fast - from concept to getting everything printed and out the door quick.

Big takeaway: If you've got something topical happening with your audience and you can move quickly, that's when these drops absolutely work. Hit us up if you want to run something like this - speed is our thing.

Using AI to run my emails

F#&^ around and find out.

I've been trying all these different systems to get more efficient - different ways of managing emails, different workflows, testing what actually works versus what sounds good in theory.

This AI enhanced email blocks thing (9-10am & 4-5pm) is just the latest test. And it's actually working - clients are getting faster replies, I'm getting more done between blocks, everything feels less chaotic.

But I wouldn’t have got here if I didn’t try a HEAP of other stuff.

Not every system works. Some things I've tried have been complete failures. But you keep testing, keep adjusting, keep trying to find what actually makes the business run better.

The email blocks might evolve into something else. Or they might stick. Either way, the lesson is: keep experimenting, keep trying to get better, don't just accept that "this is how it is."

That mindset of constant improvement (ONWARDS) - that's what's actually moving Full Cowboy forward. Not any single system, but the willingness to keep testing and adjusting until things work better.

Album of the week

SUPER LATE TO THE PARTY. But just found out about LAUSEE THE CAT so both of his albums, The Girl, the Cat and the Tree and The Mocking Tree have both been on heavily rotation the past few weeks!
