Why all the logos are on the left chest
reddit told us it's because of swords? + referral discounts!
Really had no idea why this was the case
A few weeks ago, we got a job where the customer requested their logo to be printed on the right chest. Automatically we set everything up for the left chest, and got to the point where we were about to print & then the last minute double check of the job sheet saved the day.
It got us thinking about WHY are the logos always printed/embroidered onto the left hand chest???

or you can go all out and get the logos ont he left & right chest like Kew Pools!!!
So we went through and did a deep dive, and turns out no one actually knows 100% but here are the best theories
1. For emblems, national logos on sporting kits - it goes over the heart & then it just got adopted from there.
2. From a military perspective, when you go to shake someones hand your eye-line goes to their left chest & you’re see their awards and rank clearly.
3 (& the one I’m choosing to believe) Back when people wore swords, with most people being right handed they wore them on the the left hip so they could get a quick draw.
So the coat would button left over right making the flap opened out of the way instead of blocking his hand. Meaning their was more space on the left side of the coat, so when time came to decorate it was the logical place cause there was more space.
But for whatever the reason, it's become an adopted practice. So next time you put a logo on the left chest, it’s because of the functionality of a jacket back when people used to wear swords.
Refferal program
I know we wouldn’t be functioning without the plugs that people are giving us, so we’ve put in a referral program.
Make sure if you refer someone that they drop your name when they place an order (20+ pieces), you get $50 credit off your next order and your homie gets $50 off their first.
No cap on referrals either, so they stack up. So you
How it works: they just mention your name when they grab a quote. No codes, no forms. Easiest thing is to point them at our order request form, get them to fill it out. :
